The metal lateral filing cabinet uses high-quality cold-rolled steel plates with a carbon content of 0.1%-0.2%, and a yield strength of over 275MPa. After cold rolling, the thickness reaches 1.2 mm. The fully welded structure has a tensile strength of over 500N at the weld point, and 3 mm thick reinforcement ribs are set at key parts. After pickling and phosphating, the surface is electrostatically sprayed with plastic, and the plastic layer is 60-80μm thick, with a wear resistance coefficient of over 0.8 and a normal use of 20 years.

 

Waterproof And Moisture-proof
The cold-rolled steel plate of the metal lateral filing cabinet is combined with electrostatic spraying, and the waterproof level is IP44. It is corrosion-resistant at 90% relative humidity. The bottom is raised by 5 cm, and the cabinet door is equipped with a rubber sealing strip with a compression rate of 30% to effectively block moisture.

For detachable components such as drawers, cabinet doors, accessories, etc., we will classify and store them in specialized plastic bags to ensure that the parts will not scatter or be lost. These bags containing small parts will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box, which will be filled with shock-absorbing material to prevent small parts from colliding with each other inside the box and causing damage. ​On the outermost layer, we use high-strength five layer corrugated cardboard boxes for packaging. This type of cardboard box has excellent compressive strength and can withstand compression during transportation.
